Dave DiRico’s Golf
Brief: Update the longtime “Golf & Racquet” identity to reflect the business’s focus on golf, improve roadside legibility, and unify signage, apparel, and digital use—without losing the name recognition locals know.
Solution
I designed a sign-first wordmark that puts GOLF at primary scale, with a tee/ball icon integrated into the “O.” The script “Dave DiRico’s” preserves the personal brand, while the descriptor “The Club Fitting Center” keeps their specialty front and center. A classic course-green palette with sand accents and clean single-color versions ensures the mark reads clearly on a pole sign, storefront, hats, and web.
